Company History
BMW Service Center is a motor vehicle repairs garage which was started in January 2015 and registered as a private company by the registrar of companies on 30th March 2015.
As the name suggests, the initial focus was on BMW models, but we later expanded to include other European models. However, our main focus still remains BMW. Following our experience in the motor industry spanning over a decade, we realized a deficiency in the market of qualified mechanics and garages, able to handle very specific challenges faced by owners of vehicles from European market.
We therefore decided to change the narrative of costly maintenance associated with owning a European car, we decided to specialize.
Our Team
We have a dedicated and skilled workforce of 15 employees which plays a key role in achieving the strategic goals of the company. They comprises of teams in different departments as indicated herein;
- A technical manager who is in charge of quality assurance
- A diagnostics team in charge of troubleshooting and diagnosis
- Mechanical team in charge of mechanical works
- Body shop team in charge of panel beating and body works repairs
- Parts assistant in charge of sourcing and procurement of quality parts
- Customer service in charge of customer relations and follow-up
